Look at your incredible website. Yes, I believe all the rules of the natural world apply to all realms in whatever form they might be. I think of predatory spirits much in the same way I think about predatory diseases. Both are looking for hosts. Much like the common cold, the way in which we live creates the opportunity for a virus to take up residence. When we have been exposed we also take measures to prevent a virus from doing so. Spirits are the same, lurking around looking for a host and we take measures to prevent them from taking up residence. With regard to power objects, most of mine are as you describe, contenders for the landfill, mostly odds and ends that most anyone would disregard. I believe that the power of the raw materials rendered into articles for sale has been exploited for money. The flash and sizzle is long gone by the time it reaches a consumer's hands.
